If you have a concern please come in and speak with a member of the senior leadership team. We will always endeavour to see you on the same day and if this is not possible, you will be able to arrange an appointment.
At Preston Park we are committed to providing you with an exceptional standard of service.
We are always disappointed when a member of our community has a cause to complain but, where things do not go as well as we would have hoped, we apologise and work hard to remedy concerns quickly.
We want to help put things right and there are many different ways in which you can tell us about your complaint
