General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The EU General data Protection Regulation became effective on 25 May 2018. It regulates the way that Data Controllers, such as our school, processes personal data about people (our staff, parents and children) and the legal rights that individuals have in relation to that data.
Data Protection is monitored at Preston Park by our Data Protection Leads who report to our Data Protection Officer.
